ICC Worldwide Establishes Initial VoIP Telephony Customers in Spain

ICC Worldwide Inc. has established its initial VoIP telephony customers in Spain. ICC Worldwide has started delivering high quality and cost effective international VoIP calling services to the immigrant worker communities in Spain after the installation of its first Spanish call shops.
The active customer base of ICC Worldwide already includes a large number of call shops in Italy and Belgium. ICC continues to actively expand in these two countries by adding new call shops on a daily basis.
According to Rich Lauer, the president and CEO of ICC, the company is excited about the opening of its initial call shops in the large Spanish market.
Lauer also added that the VoIP network of ICC as well as its customer service and point-of-sale software tools are mature and well established. It is because of this that ICC has been able to expand its customer base in new regions with minimum demands for additional staff or overhead.
Nearly 11 percent (4.5 million) of Spain’s 41 million inhabitants are immigrant workers. Each one of these immigrants is a candidate for the international calling services provided by ICC.
ICC serves the Spanish immigrant worker population by an established network of over 2,500 ethnically owned and operated call shops. With increase in the number of new customers, ICC will be able to effectively manage pricing and margins from its suppliers. This will improve the profitability of ICC’s business.
ICC provides a variety of VoIP and other mobile phone-related services to retail establishments which serve the ethnic immigrant worker communities. These products and services will be delivered using an advanced, Web-based technology to a well established channel of ethnically-oriented retail shops. This network of "call shops" are locally owned and operated throughout their respective geographic areas.
ICC Worldwide provides a range of wholesale communications services and products to an extensive retail channel that serves the diverse immigrant worker communities in Italy, Belgium, Spain and other parts of Europe. The products include mobile phones, accessories, pre-paid international calling cards and pre-paid mobile phone recharge cards. The major services provided include national and international calling from fixed line and VoIP enabled phones in ICC centers and flat rate international calling plans with unlimited minutes.
