IDSA is a company specialized in the design, implementation and maintenance of IT networks. “Our primary focus is to provide our customers with expert advice and network assistance to ensure that their IT infrastructure projects go smoothly,” said Dianne Little Goriup, managing director consulting services at IDSA.
This latest agreement calls on IDSA to sell and support Ensim (News - Alert) Unify Enterprise Edition to its multi-national customer base in Switzerland.
Goriup said Ensim is an “ideal partner” for the company because, with Ensim Unify, the company is able to offer a “best-in-class solution” that meets the high standards that customers have come to expect from the company.
Ensim Unify Enterprise Edition installs quickly and requires no Active Directory (AD) schema changes. In addition, according to Ensim, it delivers instant savings by reducing the number of help desk calls by as much as forty percent.
Officials said that this allows enterprises to streamline AD management challenges that include user provisioning, password management, and role management in a secure framework.
Additionally, Ensim Unify eliminates repetitive administrative tasks. Officials said that this helps improve workforce effectiveness and enabling IT departments in medium and large-sized organizations to focus on more strategic tasks.
“IDSA successfully helps customers build, manage and secure networks, and Ensim Unify is the perfect product to help them meet their clients' needs,” said Scott Young, vice president of marketing and product management at Ensim.
He said that this reseller agreement will enable the company to put Unify into the hands of even more organizations that will benefit from the increased security and improved efficiency of their IT organization.
Earlier this year in May, Ensim entered into a master reseller agreement with Nippon Data Systems (NDS (News - Alert)), a provider of IT consulting and implementation services. Under the terms of the agreement, NDS is selling and supporting Ensim Unify Enterprise Edition across India, as well as Japan, the Middle East, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
