Teradata (News - Alert), provider of database software, enterprise data warehousing, data warehouse appliances, and analytics solutions, announced that BNP Paribas Bank Polska SA, provider of banking and financial services across Europe, has selected its Aprimo Relationship Manager, customer relationship management software solution. The company in its announcement also added that by leveraging its CRM solution, BNP Paribas Bank Polska will be able to address the various financial requirements of its retail banking services users.
Part of the BNP Paribas Group, the BNP Paribas Polska S.A. is among the leading banks in the world with operations spanning across more than 80 countries and with a 205,000 strong workforce. The bank's decision to deploy the Aprimo Relationship Manager CRM solution from Teradata was based on multiple capabilities of the solution. By leveraging Aprimo Relationship Manager, BNP Paribas Polska S.A. will benefit from a reduction in instances of unrelated sales offers. Furthermore, the solution employs a banking communication channel that is preferred by the bank's customers and provides banking products that can help address the financial requirements of the bank's customers.
In a release, Hermann Wimmer, president of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region for Teradata, said that, "The Aprimo Relationship Manager, which runs on the Teradata data warehouse platform, provides the bank automated tools to communicate with the right customers at the right moment with the right financial product or service. We are proud to be in a working partnership with the bank to help them build out their marketing campaign management capability."
