WeDo Technologies, a leader in revenue and business assurance solutions, announced that Vodafone (News - Alert) Czech Republic has selected the Rating Validation Module of WeDo's Business Assurance Software Solution: RAID, version 6.2. With the solution, Vodafone Czech Republic will be able to calculate the prepaid call charges right way, minimizing the resources required and increasing efficiency in the investigation of discrepancies.
"WeDo's rating validation solution has fully met our expectations; quickly and easily integrating into our existing systems and empowering our teams to ensure that we are servicing our prepaid customers accurately and efficiently," said Radek Matyáš, Revenue Assurance Manager at Vodafone Czech Republic, in a press release.
Apart from installing the solution and integrating it with operator's existing hardware, WeDo also trained Vodafone Czech Republic's team on how to run the system independently. This has enabled the CSP's (News - Alert) Revenue Assurance team to adjust rate plans according to changing circumstances such as promotions and top ups as well as allowing for new tariff launches, ensuring maximum flexibility.
"We are delighted that Vodafone Czech Republic has been able to implement the Rating Validation Module of RAID so successfully," said Ana Miranda, Central and Eastern Europe Business Development Manager at WeDo Technologies, in a press release. "Having an independent system that allows CSPs to audit prepaid tariffs is a vital component of revenue assurance and customer satisfaction. The benefit of our module is that it can be used autonomously according to new and changing rate plans, enhancing revenue assurance coverage as well as enabling a more effective system to track inconsistencies."
WeDo Technologies works with some of the world's leading blue chip companies from the retail, energy and finance industries, as well as more than 100 telecommunications operators from almost 80 countries, through 400 highly-skilled professionals. The company recently released a whitepaper. Created by Praesidium Consulting, WeDo Tecnologies' business consulting division, the whitepaper considers the rise of M2M devices and services across a number of vertical sectors and the risks that they create for Communication Service Providers' businesses.
