Pharco Pharma NV/SA, a powerful name in the pharmaceutical world which specializes in prescribed medication, over-the-counter medicines and food supplements, has decided to use Veeva Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to help support its sales force based in Belgium. What this pharmaceutical giant needed was an intuitive yet budget friendly CRM application that was at the same time pharma-specific and flexible to company needs.
