Oi hires Barclays to sell PT towers [TeleGeography CommsUpdate](TeleGeography CommsUpdate Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Oi SA is working with Barclays to explore the sale of around 3,000 Portugal Telecom (PT) cell towers, people with knowledge of the matter have informed Bloomberg. Companies including Spain's Abertis Infraestructuras and American Tower Corp, as well as private-equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR), are interested in the assets, the sources noted.
