Etisalat UAE and MTS Russia to peer their roaming hubs [PalFX (Palestine)](PalFX (Palestine) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Abu Dhabi 29 September 2014: Etisalat, one of the leading telecom operators in the Middle East and Africa today announces an agreement to peer with Mobile Tele Systems (MTS), a leading mobile operator in Russia. Etisalat and MTS will peer their Roaming Hubs enabling each to widen their roaming service portfolio and reach. Etisalat will provide access to MTS for regional roaming in the Middle East and Africa, while MTS will extend Etisalat's reach across their Eurasian footprint.
