The firm will offer access to Internet plus IP television and telephony services. In total, Rostelecom manages 19 outlets in Armenia s provinces. GNC-ALFA, which is an Armenian subsidiary of Rostelecom, started offering broadband access to Internet and telephony services at Armenia s mass market in 2012.
