Germany,United States : SIEMENS agrees to take over TESIS PLMware [TendersInfo (India)](TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Siemens declared that it has agreed for the acquisition of TESIS PLMware, a company that does the integration of product lifecycle management (PLM) software with other enterprise applications. The company has not revealed the financial details or the terms of the acquisition. The agreement also comprises of the acquisition of Munich based TESIS PLMware GmbH and its US business. According to the company, TESIS PLMware enable users with enhance IT costs and provide efficiency with a solution for the integration of Siemens' Teamcenter software with ERP systems and other enterprise applications such as MES, CRM and SCM.
