John Swanson Joins Proactive Worldwide as Chief Operating Officer

Proactive Worldwide, Inc. (PWW), a leading provider of customized business intelligence research and consulting services, is pleased to announce that John Swanson has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Mr. Swanson has been designing and implementing growth strategies in management consulting, corporate development and global marketing for over 20 years. His professional experience includes directing all phases of M&A transactions valued at up to $32 billion, leading cross-functional commercial and technology integration programs, and planning global new product launches.

He joins Proactive from Deloitte (News - Alert) Consulting. Mr. Swanson's broad, deep industry sector experience includes pharmaceuticals, medical devices and technologies, health plans, financial services, and consumer products. He previously led successful growth strategies in executive leadership roles at Hollister Incorporated as Vice President, Global Business evelopment; at Accenture (News - Alert) as Senior Manager, CRM Strategy; and at GE Healthcare as a Business Systems Manager.
