Datalogix Expands Executive Ranks With Two Key Hires

WESTMINSTER, Colo. --(Business Wire)--

Datalogix, the leader at connecting digital media and offline purchasing data, announced two strategic hires today to support its growth in and beyond US markets.

Tim Connor joins the company as global CFO and John Sheekey joins Datalogix as General Manager, International.

"Datalogix has realized considerable growth over the past few years," said Eric Roza, Datalogix CEO. "During this time, we've had the privilege of creating value for more than 50% of the top 100 Consumer Brands. As we look out over the coming years, the confluence of digital media spending and offline consumer spending is only accelerating in importance, and executives like Tim and John will play a key role in continuing to enhance the consumer/brand dialog that this technology shift enables."

Tim Connor Named CFO

Tim Connor will lead Datalogix's financial, investor, accounting and administrative activities as CFO. He has worked with high growth businesses for over 25 years, including roles as a public company CFO, venture capitalist and investment banker. As a Partner at Sequel Venture Partners, he invested in and served on the boards of a number of companies including Lefthand Networks (acquired by HP), Wall Street on Demand (acquired by Goldman Sachs) and Indicative Software (acquired by Nimsoft (News - Alert)/Computer Associates). Tim joined Sequel after serving as CFO and SVP of CorporateDevelopment of Access Health, a publicly traded information services company that was acquired by McKesson Corporation for $1.1 billion.

Connor has been on the Datalogix Board since October 2009, representing Sequel Ventures' investment. He joins Datalogix from Boulder Wind Power, where he has served as CFO and head of strategy for the past two years. In conjunction with this move, Connor has stepped down from the Datalogix Board, and his Sequel partner, Tom Washing, has become a Datalogix Board Observer. Connor has agreed to join the Boulder Wind Power board and remains on the board of ChannelInsight. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Washington College.

John Sheekey Named General Manager, International

John Sheekey will lead Datalogix' efforts outside the US, beginning in the UK, where he is based. Datalogix' selection by Facebook (News - Alert) to prove the ROI of Facebook advertising, along with demand from other top brands has catalyzed the opening of Datalogix' London office.

Before joining Datalogix, Sheekey was General Manager for the Banking business at Moneysupermarket.com, one of the UK's most successful high-growth digital consumer companies. Previous to that, Sheekey was part of the start-up team in 2002 that set up and launched Nectar (News - Alert), the UK's largest coalition loyalty program, spending four years from 2006 as Marketing Director. Nectar was sold to Groupe Aeroplan (now Aimia) in December 2007.

Sheekey has held various roles in a number of both start up and public businesses including Capital One (News - Alert) and Unilever. He has a bachelor's degree and masters in Manufacturing Engineering from Cambridge University.
