Human Genome Sciences Chooses C3i to Provide Multilingual Helpdesk Support for Its Veeva CRM Deployment in Europe

Mar 16, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- C3i Inc, a company in technology support and business process outsourcing (BPO) services for the life sciences industry, announced that it has been selected by Human Genome Sciences (HGS) to provide multilingual help desk support for their Veeva CRM deployment and other applications on iPad2.

According to a release on March 13, after evaluating a number of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) providers, HGS selected Veeva's cloud-based solution: Veeva CRM, to support its newly formed European Commercial teams. HGS selected Veeva CRM because of its ease of use, mobility, industry-specific functionality and low system maintenance. C3i, an integration and support provider, and a Veeva partner, was chosen to provide helpdesk services to approximately 30 HGS sales representatives and medical science liaisons in Germany, France and Spain. From its operations center in Sofia, Bulgaria, C3i will provide technical support in English, German, French, and Spanish.

"C3i's solid record in supporting pharmaceutical teams globally, its proven expertise in the support of Veeva applications, and its multi-language capabilities were all factors that influenced our decision to select C3i in this endeavour. We are confident that C3i's comprehensive services will positively impact our flexibility, productivity, and ability to serve our customers."- Kevin Crowe, Marketing and Sales Operations, HGS Europe.

"C3i is excited to expand its capabilities in the field of CRM support in Europe. Working alongside with Veeva as a partner, we will continue to provide outstanding technical support solutions for fast growing companies such as our new client Human Genome Sciences, while reducing costs" - said Joel Morse,CEO of C3i.
