Synaxon simplifies member engagement with new-look website for 2012; Clear presentation and easy updating will give community access to more and better information
(M2 PressWIRE Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Synaxon UK has launched a new website for 2012 that makes it easier for resellers to take advantage of the procurement, marketing, content and e-commerce resources available to them as Synaxon members, and provides them with a dedicated log-in area where they can see the many exclusive channel deals on offer from supplier partners.
With its services constantly evolving and being enhanced to deliver great value to partners, Synaxon has redesigned the new website to be simpler, cleaner and easier to update. It has been written in WordPress, so the Synaxon team can post new content to the site at any time and thus deliver relevant information to the membership as soon as it becomes available.
The new site has a tab devoted to the channel events that Synaxon UK is running throughout the year, which will be updated as speakers and further details of the events are finalised. It also contains a series of professionally-compiled video tutorials that show members exactly how they can get the best out of the EGIS procurement and information platform. These videos will also help suppliers understand why EGIS has become so popular with members. The EGIS platform recorded Synaxon member sales of 28.2 million in 2011 - a 21 percent uplift on the previous year.

Synaxon is looking to drive its membership numbers to a higher level in 2012. The group currently has 710 resellers and dealers signed-up as members and 48 supplier partners. As its services are enhanced the community grows, so do the benefits of being involved. At the end of last year it was named Channel Services Provider of the Year at the UK Channel Awards.
The group recently announced the dates for its 2012 events in the UK. The group's second annual National Conference, which will once again take place at the prestigious Wychwood Park Hotel near Crewe in Cheshire, with two regional Channel Focus events taking place on 29th March, also at Wychwood Park, and a southern event being run on 8 November at a venue to be confirmed. Synaxon is also planning to run a number of reseller workshops around the country throughout the year.
