Orange Business Services Places in Gartner's Leaders Quadrant for Pan-European Network Service Providers

(Wireless News Via Acquire Media NewsEdge)
Orange Business Services announced that it has been placed in the
leaders quadrant in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Pan-European Network
Service Providers.

The report defines vendors who have: "A full portfolio of voice and
data services, including relatively new offerings in areas such as
application-aware networking, WAN optimization and hosted
communications applications. These services will be delivered with good
quality across a wide area of coverage at competitive prices by account
teams that are typically closer to the customer. Leaders have a strong
vision of the market and their role in it, and they will typically be
able to address a wider range of customers (in terms of size, geography
and service requirements) with their service offerings than others in
this Magic Quadrant."

Barbara Dalibard, president and CEO, Orange Business Services, said,
"We are very pleased to be positioned in the Pan-European Leaders
Quadrant. We continue to anticipate our customers' needs by integrating
innovation into our network to support new advanced services and

expanding capacity that enables our customers' growth into emerging
markets."

Orange is a brand of France Telecom, a telecommunications operator.
France Telecom serves more than 177 million customers in five
continents as of September 30, of which two-thirds are Orange customers.
